In the settings tab. You can configure user roles, file paths, upload limits, language preferences, and other file management options.

Below is a detailed description of each setting option.

Settings Options

  1. Select User Roles to Access

    • Description: Choose which user roles have access to the Filester plugin.

    • Options:

      • Editor

      • Author

      • Contributor

      • Subscriber

      • Customer

      • Shop manager

      • Vendor

      • Translator

      • Follow-Up Emails Manager

      • Bookster Manager

      • Bookster Agent

  2. Root Path

    • Description: Define the root path for file access.

    • Default Path: This is the default root path.

    • Example Path: To set the root path access to the wp-content folder, enter:

    • Action: Enter the desired root path in the text field.

  3. Files URL

    • Description: Set the URL where files can be accessed.

    • Default Path: This is the default file URL path.

    • Action: Enter the desired file URL in the text field.

  4. Maximum Upload Size

    • Description: Define the maximum file upload size.

    • Default: 0 (means unlimited upload)

    • Action: Enter the desired maximum upload size in megabytes (MB) in the text field.

  5. Select Language

    • Description: Choose the language for the Filester plugin interface.

    • Action: Select the preferred language from the dropdown menu.

  6. Hide .htaccess?

    • Description: Toggle the visibility of the .htaccess file in the file manager.

    • Action: Toggle the switch to hide or show the .htaccess file.

  7. Enable Trash?

    • Description: Enable a trash feature where deleted files are moved to a trash folder.

    • Action: Toggle the switch to enable or disable the trash feature.

Save Changes.
