The Contact Form 7 Database plugin allows you to manage and view the submitted form data directly from your WordPress dashboard. Below are the detailed options and functionalities available in the plugin's interface:

  1. Form Selector

    • Description: Select the specific contact form whose submissions you want to view.

    • Action: Use the dropdown menu to choose the desired contact form.

  2. Export Button

    • Description: Export the submitted form data to a CSV file.

    • Action: Click the export button to download the data.

  3. Search Field

    • Description: Search for specific data from the submissions based on the entered keyword.

    • Action: Type the search term in the field and press Enter to filter the submissions.

  4. Filter by Date

    • Description: Filter the submissions based on a date range.

    • Action: Enter the start date and end date, then click the "Filter" button.

  5. View Mode Toggle

    • Description: Toggle between different view modes for the submissions.

    • Options:

      • List View: Display the submissions in a list format.

      • Grid View: Display the submissions in a grid format.

    • Action: Click the respective icon to switch the view mode.

  6. Select All Checkbox

    • Description: Select or deselect all submissions displayed on the current page.

    • Action: Click the checkbox to select all items to be exported or deselect.

  7. Column Settings

    • Description: Customize which columns are displayed in the submission table.

    • Action: Click "Column Settings" to choose which columns to show or hide.

  8. Table Settings

    • Description: Access additional table settings for more customization options.

    • Action: Click "Table Settings" to configure more options.

  9. Action Column

    • Description: Perform actions on individual submissions.

    • Icons:

      • Edit: Edit the submission data.

      • View: View the submission details.

      • Delete: Delete the submission.

    • Action: Click the respective icon to perform the desired action on the specific submission.
