After activating the plugin, you will see an available chat platform list such as Mail, Phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, etc... that can be integrated on your webiste.

Now, start doing your job by selecting the apps that you would like the customers to interact.
You just need to select and fill in the required data on each app to make it work properly, then click on Save Changes button to save your current setting.

Also, you can alter the design of Floating widget in Design tab such as changing your own Floating widget icon, the widget position, button style, etc...
