Activate license

Connect Envato Account and Sync the Data

If you bought the plugins from a third-party marketplace like CodeCanyon, you can complete the Envato integration to fetch the license information.

The integration process is simple. You just need to approve the connection, and you're good to go.

The process will take a couple of seconds. However, once the integration is complete, you can view all the products you have purchased in the Envato marketplace on your Ninja Team dashboard.

The page will show you:

  • Purchase code

  • Purchase date

  • Activated website

  • Activation History

Since you have bought the plugin from Envato, the license management options are limited here. If you need to manage your license, you could visit the individual websites and make changes there.

Activating a License

Go to WordPress admin > Add New Plugins to activate a product's license. From there, you can upload the plugin files and get it activated.

After the activation, you can connect your website with the Envato marketplace. The license will be automatically fetched, and the plugin will be verified.

You do not need to enter the license key or something similar manually.

Deactivating the License

Go to the plugin's settings to deactivate a license key. There, you will see the license deactivation option.

Click on it, and the website will be unregistered.

Using the License on Another Website

When you purchase plugins from the CodeCanyon marketplace, they are only available for a single-website license. If you need to use the same license on another website, you should deactivate the current license.

So, if you need to use the license on another website, deactivate it from the first site. You can also purchase the plugin again from the marketplace to get more license keys.

What If You Got the Plugin From Another Company?

If this plugin is bundled with a third-party team, you should ask the developer for the key. Usually, the theme developer will get an extended license, so asking the dev would be a good way.

That's it!

We will see you in the next documentation article.
