# Migrate to FileBird

This is a very unique option added to FileBird which is useful by saving you a whole lot of time in creating folders from scratch again if you are switching from other media library management plugins to FileBird. These plugins are:

1. CatFolders - WP Media Folders
2. Media Library Folders by Max Foundry
3. WordPress Real Media Library by Devowl
4. WP Media Folder by JoomUnited
5. HappyFiles
6. Folders by Premio
7. Wicked Folder by Wicked Plugins
8. Enhanced Media Library by Webbistro

When you deactivate those plugins, FileBird can import all the folders you've created with them before and add them all as if they were folders originally created by FileBird. See image reference below for a closer look.

After importing, all folders/categories become native and you can start [organizing WordPress media library](https://ninjateam.org/how-to-organize-your-wordpress-media-library/) with smart tools built in FileBird.

However, please note that this option would not be available for you if FileBird does not detect the previous existence or installation of any of these plugins.
